At Valkora Fitness, we strive to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase.

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.

Approved claims will be eligible for a replacement or refund.

We do not accept returns for:

• Incorrect sizing
• Buyer’s remorse
